Provider – This category applies to all individuals attending the annual meeting NOT associated with a business firm and includes employees and board members of LeadingAge Missouri provider organizations, and retired NH/AL administrators. Full-time employees of not-for-profit organizations also fall under the Provider category.

Cancellation/RefundLeadingAge Missouri must receive a written cancellation request by Sept. 1, 2022 to guarantee a refund with a $50 nonrefundable cancellation fee. Cancellation notices received after this date will not be eligible for a refund. No refund will be made if the registrant fails to attend without prior written notification.
