Missouri Embarks on Strategic Planning
Your association has begun a process to refresh its strategic plan. The Board will retreat for two days in February to develop strategic goals, tactics, and a refreshed LA MO mission and vision. The new plan will be presented to the membership at the Annual Meeting in May. However, before the Board undertakes its work, a professional strategic planner will review LA MO documents, interview stakeholders, and capture YOUR needs, thoughts, and ideas. The data will be synthesized to produce a plan that advances your association and the field of aging services in Missouri. Please support the strategic planning process by sharing your perspectives in this short survey.

Credential Training Program
A key legislative advocacy focus for LeadingAge Missouri during 2023 and 2024 was first securing and then appropriating funds for “Upskilling Grants,” which pay for credentialing of aging services employees.
