Upskilling Grant Update
LeadingAge Missouri is happy to announce the Missouri Upskilling Grant initiative has been funded! LA MO worked hard over two Legislative Sessions – first to pass the initiative, then to appropriate money for it. By offsetting training and credentialing funding assistance, the grants support “career laddering” – helpful to retaining and attracting caregivers. Upskilling grants may help turn someone into a CNA, a CNA into a LPN, or a LPN into an RN! We encourage you to apply for a grant and we will work with you if you need help!
