DESCRIPTION:Navigating OBBBA: What Senior Living Providers Need to Know\nShared in conjunction with LeadingAge IL \nOVERVIEW\nThe budget reconciliation bill—dubbed OBBBA—introduces sweeping healthcare funding and policy reforms that will directly shape the future of senior living and aging services. In this session\, members from CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen) will break down the bill’s most significant provisions\, highlighting how they will uniquely affect providers across the senior care continuum—from independent and assisted living to skilled nursing\, life plan communities\, home health\, and community-based services. \nWe will examine unprecedented Medicaid funding reductions—the largest in decades—and explore how these reductions\, along with other OBBBA provisions\, will impact states differently\, creating varying operational and financial pressures for providers.
