DESCRIPTION:Overview\nThis session provides an in-depth\, practical review of EIV Master File and Tenant File reports\, including how to run\, interpret\, document\, and act on the information they contain. Participants will learn how to properly maintain EIV documentation\, investigate discrepancies\, and implement required follow-up actions in compliance with HUD regulations. The training also covers the full lifecycle of discrepancy resolution\, including tenant notification requirements\, documentation standards\, repayment agreements\, and common MOR findings. \nRunning EIV reports is only half the job—knowing what to do with them is where most compliance issues occur.
