SUMMARY:Care Area Assessment Review
DESCRIPTION:Presented in partnership with LeadingAge Oregon \nOverview\nWe are partnering with LeadingAge Oregon to offer this opportunity. New and veteran nursing home staff have indicated they need more opportunity to examine best practices for improving assessments and developing comprehensive care planning that ensures the health and well-being of their residents. This workshop\, designed for the entire interdisciplinary team\, will provide a comprehensive review for each of the 20 Care Area Assessments (CAAs)\, which establish the framework for developing\, reviewing and revising residents’ comprehensive plans of care. \nWho Should Attend\nAny staff member responsible for completion of any part of the MDS\, including nursing\, dietary\, activities\, social services\, and medical records.
